The breakfast buffet was quite acceptable with enough options to start the day.
The air conditioning did not work and the windows could not be opened causing significant condensation after showering. High humidity developed inside the room. Shower gel and shampoo were not provided and clean towels were missing for two days. I had to request these items from reception because housekeeping did not service our room.

My room had a Nespresso machine, convenient. The bathroom was well-equipped! It had a good shower. The breakfast offered fresh food and many choices.
The hotel charges for parking. This was not clear when I booked. I found some odd hotel policies. There was also an unadvertised charge for room service, which I found surprising.

the hotel offered a beautiful, spacious room. it included a kettle and a coffee machine, very useful. the view of the city and its towers gave me joy when i looked outside. i found the parking house located conveniently just outside the hotel.
the hotel policies felt a little strange for a hotel of this standard.

the hotel offered a really nice roof terrace, and i could easily walk to the city centre. it provided a peaceful atmosphere and still close proximity to key attractions. i found this balance very convenient for exploring.

The reception staff were super nice. Cleaning was perfect. these aspects was good, but not amazing.
I found the breakfast presentation lacking variety. the elevator seemed in desperate need of replacement. It was hot, slow, and shaky. it rattled all the way up and down. I found this unsettling, as the overall experience wasn't great.
